MY APPROACH
Kinesiologist-Led Care
As a Registered Kinesiologist, I take a science-based approach to improving strength, mobility, and movement efficiency. Using principles of biomechanics and movement science, I help clients reduce pain, improve function, and build lasting strength.

If you’re recovering from injury, feeling stiff, or unsure where to start, I’ll guide you with clear, practical strategies that make your next step feel simple and effective.

Integrating Osteopathic Techniques
As part of my kinesiology practice, I integrate osteopathic techniques when appropriate to improve movement, release restrictions, and support recovery. These techniques are especially helpful for:
-
Post-rehab clients transitioning back to training
-
Clients dealing with pain or movement limitations
-
Anyone looking to move and feel better
By blending hands-on work with targeted strength and mobility training, I can support your recovery, reduce discomfort, and help you perform at your best.
Your Goals. Your Plan.
There’s no one-size-fits-all. Your plan is built around your body, your goals, and your life. Whether you’re here to build strength, move better, or train pain-free, the focus is the same: helping you become stronger, more capable, and able to keep showing up for the things you care about. Real progress takes time and consistency. My job is to help make that process clear, practical, and sustainable, so you can train with confidence and keep moving forward.
